"UN"fortunate

Somewhere between decorating the gingerbread house and baking cinnamon rolls, I've put together Letter U, and I must say that I find this letter to be rather unfortunate! There is not much that starts with U, so I chose a lot of words (like sun) that have the /u/ sound rather than exhausting the encyclopedia (although I did resort to sorting underwear as a math activity!)
